Energy Work – What Is It, Really?
Energy work and deep sensitivity have always been a part of me, but as I grew up, I buried that side under layers of logic and expectations. Blocking this natural flow eventually showed up as various health issues – and it was in searching for a “remedy” that I found my way back to myself. Along the way, I discovered that I could help not only myself but others too.
During energy sessions, I work with my own method, which weaves together elements of kundalini energy and light language. I often describe these sessions as a search for lost emotions or lost stories, because they’re usually a journey inward – a meeting with an event, a memory, or a pure emotion that couldn’t be expressed openly and now manifests through physical symptoms or inner blockages in different areas of life.
In my practice, these hidden stories can come from our current life, from past lives, or from ancestral experiences. Sometimes, long-forgotten stories from centuries ago grow louder in this lifetime – until they finally demand to be heard, no longer willing to sit quietly on the shelf of our personal history.
You can think of a session as rearranging building blocks. We remove the ones that no longer serve you – the ones you can’t build anything stable from anymore. We return the borrowed pieces that belong to others, thanking them for how they’ve supported you until now. We clean and strengthen the blocks that still support you, and then we replace what’s outdated with a brand-new, limited-edition set – one that helps you create not only stable foundations, but also structures that bring you joy and inspire further growth.


Practical Details
You can book a session via email or by sending me a message on Instagram. Sessions vary in length, but I always reserve two hours for the full meeting. During that time, we discuss what brings you here, set an intention, I lead the energy session (which lasts about 20–50 minutes), and then we talk about what has come up. I also like to draw a card at the end, which may help you deepen your individual work or suggest other practices.
During the session itself, we turn off microphones and cameras to allow each of us to focus inward on whatever appears (or doesn’t). Once I finish, I turn my camera and mic back on and wait until you’re ready to return to the computer or phone. It’s worth finding a peaceful space for these two hours so you can sit or lie down comfortably and observe your body and thoughts throughout the session — no other preparation is needed.
Two days before the session, I’ll confirm our meeting and send a Google Meet link. After the session, the payment of 50 EUR can be made in whichever way suits you best (BLIK, PayPal, Revolut, or bank transfer). In the meantime, you’re always welcome to reach out with any questions – though I aim to explain everything clearly during the session itself.
Frequently Asked Questions
Beyond allowing me to work without geographical limits, offering sessions online was a conscious choice – one made for both your comfort and mine. Because we turn off our cameras and microphones during the session, each of us can fully experience what arises without influencing the other person. While sharing space in person can also be powerful, many people find it challenging to truly let go when someone is physically present and watching. For those who are new to this kind of work, the process itself can feel surprising or unfamiliar — which can make it harder to stay grounded and focused, something that’s key to this practice. Online sessions are in no way less valuable or less effective than in-person ones.
Everyone responds to energy work in their own way. Even the same person may feel different from one session to another – but there are a few common experiences people often mention. Right after a session, you may feel sleepy, sometimes even a bit cold, though many people also describe a sense of lightness and clarity. The chill usually fades within an hour, while fatigue or drowsiness (similar to the start of a mild cold) can last for a day or two. Some people feel an immediate surge of energy, but in any case, I always recommend taking gentle care of yourself afterward and avoiding overexertion. If the session has a strong cleansing or releasing focus, the body may also respond physically – for instance, through mild digestive symptoms – though this is uncommon and usually very short-lived. Still, it’s best not to schedule a session right before an important work presentation or other demanding event.
There’s no single answer to how many sessions are “enough” for a given issue. From my own experience, even when it comes to easing physical symptoms, there are no fixed rules. Sometimes, a shift happens the moment something is named – that deep exhale followed by a quiet “Ah, so that’s what it was about.”
Other times, we gently peel away layer after layer, and the process feels endless – occasionally, things may even seem to intensify before they begin to ease.
It’s not the number of sessions that matters, but the depth of your experience, your openness, and your readiness for transformation that determine the true value of the process. Ultimately, it’s always you who decides whether, at this moment (or in general), you want to go deeper, understand more, or reconnect with yourself more fully.
The only real requirement is to make sure you have a comfortable and private space – both for our conversation and for lying down or sitting comfortably during the energy work. Wear something loose and comfortable, and have a glass of water nearby. Remember that during our talk or the session itself, difficult emotions or memories may arise. It’s important to feel safe and not worry about anyone overhearing you – ideally, find a space where you won’t be interrupted or distracted. The goal is simply to minimize external distractions as much as possible. If that’s not fully possible, don’t worry – we always work with whatever is available – but do your best to create as much comfort for yourself as you can.
In general, there are no strict contraindications, but there are a few situations where it might be best to wait before scheduling a session. First, if you’re currently in a severe mental health crisis, I will always encourage you to begin with traditional therapy led by a qualified psychologist. Energy work can beautifully complement such therapy – but only once a solid foundation of stability and support is already in place. Second, if you’re undergoing other forms of natural or holistic treatment, it’s often best to give them time to take effect. Both natural methods and energy work need time to integrate and unfold their impact. Adding too many approaches at once can sometimes slow or complicate the process rather than deepen it.
Yes – as long as you have some openness and curiosity. My role in this process is only to support others, not to convince anyone. If there’s no readiness for this kind of work, there’s simply nothing for me to support. However, if you don’t fully understand it yet, aren’t sure what to think, but feel a genuine desire to try and see if it resonates with you, then you’re absolutely welcome to book a session.
